Rob and Bob are volunteering their time to change out the exterior lights that aren’t working on the garages and lanais. They’re changing them out with a dusk-to-dawn light bulb. The cost to each homeowner will be about $10 a light. (Please pay the guys directly for their expenses.)
Don’t forget, we’re having a THIRSTY THURSDAY the 16th to meet all the new owners and snowbirds coming back.
Can anyone recommend a good/reliable handyman to do small jobs? (Please notify Kathie at Prokop.)

The irrigation system is working well. There are still some areas that need to be worked on behind the villas as they are not getting water.
